Lettings - It has been a requirement since 1st October 2008 for all rented home to require to have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), this will affect all new tenancy’s commencing from 1st October 2008, this also includes your current tenants who re-sign, the EPC will be valid for 10 years. we can organise this for you at a substantially reduced rate, please contact our office to arrange this.
